I am trying to ramp up the comics this year.
Two in two days? surely i can’t keep this up? there’s procrastinating and not drawing to stop me, no?

Just yesterday I was thinking that there’s something really touching about the way you sign off your posts with “love, -damian”: that it makes me feel, in some small way, that I’m not alone, even though you don’t know me from a bar of soap.
Somehow it becomes all the more poignant in the context of the reference to family in this strip.
